Joseph Hsu (Chairman & CEO)
Joseph Hsu is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in executive management and strategic leadership. He holds an Executive MBA from National Central University. In his career, Joseph has served as the President of ABC and as the Coil Division Manager at TDK Taiwan, demonstrating his expertise in driving growth and innovation in the inductive component sector. As Chairman and CEO of ABC ATEC, he continues to bring visionary leadership to the organization.
Francis Fan (President & CTO)
Francis Fan is a seasoned technology leader with a Ph.D. in Resources Engineering from National Cheng Kung University. With a strong background in executive roles, he has served as President of ABC Guangzhou and Vice President of ABC Taiwan. As President and Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Fan combines strategic vision with technical expertise to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Tommy Hsu (E.V.P. & CSO)
Tommy Hsu is a dynamic executive with an MBA from Missouri University and a proven track record in strategic leadership. He has held key roles, including President of ABC Malaysia and Automotive Project Manager at ABC. As Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, Tommy leverages his global experience and business acumen to shape the organization's strategic direction and drive sustainable growth.
Jack Chen (V.P.)
Jack Chen, an accomplished executive with an Executive MBA from National Tsinghua University, has demonstrated exceptional leadership in his roles as President of ABC Guangzhou and ABC Shanghai. As Vice President, he leverages his extensive management expertise and proven success to foster organizational growth and enhance operational efficiency.
Simon Cheng (A.V.P)
Simon Cheng brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Assistant Vice President at ABC ATEC. With a background in Secretariat studies from Shih Chien Junior College and valuable experience as a Marketing Manager at ABC, Simon combines strategic insight with practical leadership. His dedication to excellence and results-driven approach play a key role in driving the success of our team and fostering strong client relationships.
Cedric Hsu (A.V.P & Co-CTO)
Cedric Hsu holds a Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry from National Chiao Tung University and has extensive experience in research and development, including his role as R&D Manager at AUO. As Associate Vice President and Co-Chief Technology Officer, he combines technical expertise with innovative leadership to drive advancements in technology and foster growth within the organization.

Yoke Fan is a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of aligning IT strategies with business objectives. As the former Head of IT Business Partner and Global Project Manager at Merck Group, Yoke Fan has successfully led global initiatives, driving innovation, efficiency, and value across complex organizational landscapes.
